We have been tenants of offices based in the innovation centre for approvimately five years.  During that time we have been extremely happy with the sevices provided by the centre and have found the staff to be very professional and helpful.

 

We get comments from our customers when they visit us on how impressed they are with the centre's facilities and the modern offices.

 

We also find the centre is also conveniently located, giving easy access to local towns and cities.

 

The cutting edge Technology at the centre helps us to work professionally, along with the support provided by the centre.

 

 

The company is essentially a waste brokerage and consultancy specialising in waste minimlisation and recycling.

 

Westthorpe has been the ideal location for us to start our business.  The telephone support provided in the early days has been invaluable as it enables paul and myself to be out seeing customers and still having a manned phone line answering calls in the company name taking messages etc.

Additional services such as the spacious meeting rooms and the admin support from Alison and her team have also allowed us to concentrate on our customers to help grow the business.

It is also 5 minutes travelling from home for both Paul and myself and being so close to the motorway at junction 30 we would not really want to move.

2011 is shaping up to be another busy year for us as we have moved to bigger office space within Westthorpe and we will be looking at additional staff.  We have moved twice now within Westthorpe and it has been smooth transition both times.  Excellent!

 

 

In my opinion without the support of Westthorpe, our organisation would have struggled over the last 18 months or so in this tough economic climate.  As a training and development organisation it is vital that we have access to top quality function/training rooms.  fortunately, Westthorpe provides such facilities and as tenants we have benefited from reasonable room hire rates along with the flexibility alison and her staff provide in order to help our business grow.

Equally, the location being just off the motorway has also proved to be beneficial bearing in mind that our clients typically travel from up to a 50 mile radius to attend our courses.  Indeed, one student traveled from North London every Wednesday for 12 weeks recently and reported no problems.

Finally, a special praise is required for the staff at westthorpe with the service provided in my opinion being second to none.  It's clear that everyone involved ensure that our programmes run with the minimum of fuss and proffesionalism.
