If you are working from home you can have a business address at Westthorpe Business Innovation centre where you can have post delivered, we will either post it all to you or you can collect it.
Also included is the telephone answering service where you are allocated a telephone number.
The Virtual Office facility includes your own mailing address i.e;

You will be allocated a phone number and use of our fax machine.
This includes use of all the centre facilities, mail forwarding to your home address if required, and a phone line on our phone system.
Conditions
Mailing Addresses will be allocated a unit number at Westthorpe Business Innovation centre. The fee for a mailing address will be £31.20 PLUS VAT per month.
This fee includes
- One telephone line rental (the telephone number will be allocated by Westthorpe Business Innovation centre
- The first £5 of postage costs incurred (per month) by Westthorpe Innovation centre when forwarding on any mail.
- Any telephone charges to be paid by the tenant
Any telephone call charges are to be paid by the applicant.
There are various telephone options
- Reception personnel can take messages and/or give your standard message.
- All calls can be forwarded to your home/mobile number (this incurs call costs for you)
- All calls can go to your individual voicemail, which can be set up for you to dial in and pick up messages.
This can be sorted out individually to suit your business needs.
