There are three dedicated Meeting/Conference rooms at Westthorpe Business Innovation Centre available at very competitive rates to both tenants and non-tenants.
Each room is fitted with the latest AV equipment, a wireless broadband connection, enabling conferencing and interactive presentations. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The Chavery Room - 36 square metres, can hold roughly 12 delegates.

Rental is £40 per day or £25 per half day.
The Thorncliffe Room - 53.50 square metres and can accommodate up to 20 delegates. Rental is £70 per day or £40 per half day.
